Thank you so much

Yes it is a SMP WU, and hopefully i will keep producing them at a rate of one every 2-3 days. 1% takes an average of 14min @ full throttle, but not folding 24/7 is a PPD killer. Anyway thanks for the post

Glad to put my spare CPU cycles to good use. I got a bit carried away and have the client running on my wife's machine as well as mine (both quads running the SMP client), plus 3 (soon to be 4) old PCs and a PS3.

It's a bit warm in my room right now...

Thanks - after a bit of hassle, and following advice from these forums I am successfully running both the GPU and SMP clients.

The SMP client I am happy to leave 24x7.

The GPU client seems to be generating a fair amount of heat: I'm happy to leave it when not using the computer, but the fan speeds required to keep the temps sensible (< 90'C) are a bit too noisy when working at the desk
